Jordyn and I are half way through our buddy read of Perilous Times and we’re both loving it. It’s been a bit reminiscent for me being partly set in my hometown and having the characters visit an old theme park I used to visit as a kid, and between that and the author basically just saying fuck racists and climate change deniers I’m loving it. I’m also hoping to start Fourth Wing, I’ve heard so many good things about this book, so I just hope it lives up to the hype.

This series has just been so much fun. I didn’t love this one quite as much as book one, but I did adore parts of it and will definitely be picking up the next book when I can.

Susan and I are going to start our buddy read of Playing it Safe next week and I can’t wait to start it. This series is so much fun and it never fails to cheer me up.
