Susan and I have started our buddy read of Cursed & are around 33% through at the minute. It’s still as wondrously dark and compelling as the first book, but Gild is getting on my nerves a little. We still have a way to go, and I’m definitely intrigued to see whats going to happen.

Oooh boy was this book just a little bit bigger and better than the first. It was entertaining, tongue in cheek funny in parts, the characters were sublime and the smut, whoo Marske definitely upped the smut lever from book one. If you loved A Marvellous Light, you are going to adore this book and I cannot wait to get my hands on book 3!

Vampires or Dark Academia…. I just can’t pick at the minute, but next up will be one of the above. The both have me intrigued & I’ve read positive reviews for both, so I’m going to let my mood decide which one get’s picked up, unless someone recommends me one first!
