Hello! The book I’ve chosen to spotlight for this weeks post is by an author whose previews works are still on my TBR, life of a reader am I right?!? But as soon as I saw the premise for the below, I knew I had to get my hands on it. Described as a spellbinding historical fantasy, one of my favourite sub-genre’s, I really can’t wait to pick this one up.

It is 1937, and Laura Ann Langston lives in an America divided–between those who work the mystical arts and those who do not. Ever since the Great Rust, a catastrophic event that blighted the arcane force called the Dynamism and threw America into disarray, the country has been rebuilding for a better future.
