Susan and I have nearly finished our buddy read of The City of Dusk and we’re both loving it so far! The characters are brilliant and it’s so dark and brutal. I started The Shadow Glass last night and only stopped reading so I could get some sleep before work. It’s been a fun read so far and I’m really excited to carry on reading.
I loved this book! Like seriously I can’t tell you how much I loved this book. It was one of my 12 months/ 12 friends/ 12 books choices and I want to hug the person who recommended it to me. If you love books then you seriously need to pick this one up, and I’m gonna apologise in advance for me review cause it’s just going to be full on gushing.
I am going to pick this book up, I swear! Susan’s still waiting for her copy to come in, but I will definitely get it read before the end of the month.

City of Dusk is so good! I read Uriah Heap last year (or the year before? i can’t remember) and also really enjoyed it!
