Susan & I have just started our buddy read of Gilded. We’re around 25% through and I’m really enjoying it so far, it has some darker elements, but also plenty of humour & some fantastic characters. I’m really excited to see where it will go. I’m also about to start Given to Darkness, I’m really excited to see where the author is going to take the story after book one.

This book was like Pretty Little Liars meets Grimms fairy tales and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. There were some bits that just weren’t developed enough for me, but as a whole it was a dark, fast paced book with a great cast of characters/

I am so excited to start these two. Jade Fire Gold has been on my TBR since it was announced, and Dreams Lie Beneath is a first for me with the author.
