What I’m Currently Reading

I’ve literally JUST finished my previous book, so will be starting This Hollow Heart a little later today/ tomorrow, and I’m really excited to return to the characters & world. As well as that I will be picking up Empire of the Vampire… yes the time has come. I’m away on holiday next week, so I’m planning on slowly working my way through it because it is huge!

What I’ve Just Finished Reading

I may have liked/ not loved Cordova’s Hollow Crown series, but this book just hit the spot for me. I loved absolutely everything about it: the magic system, the characters, the mystery of what exactly the inheritance was. The writing was just so lush and lyrical and I really struggled to put it down.

What I’m Going to Read Next

When I get back off my hols Leah and I are going into Our Violent Ends together, so we have someone to scream at and cry with! These Violent Delights was probably my top read from last year & I’m really hoping this lives up to the previous book. As well as that I’m going to be testing my emotions by reading Under the Whispering Door. I may be an emotional wreck by the end, but I’m sure the journey will be worth it.
