What I’m Currently Reading

I’m about 50% through the Jasmine Throne and I’m LOVING IT. Honestly it is so beautifully written with a bunch of fantastically written and sometimes morally grey characters that you can’t help but root for. I’d read the first chapter & decided this would make my top books of the year. I’m about to start Mirrorland for a Write Reads blog tour. I’ve read some amazing reviews for this one and am excited to start it.

What I’ve Just Finished Reading

I was so disappointed in this book. It started off so strong & though the world building wasn’t the best I did enjoy the characters and overall mystery. Unfortunately the end of the book really let it down and just made me feel like I had wasted an awful lot of time reading it.

What I’m Going to Read Next

I have a few buddy reads coming up but the first, and definitely the one I’m most excited for, is A Radical Act of Free Magic. Susan and I adored the first book in the series and cannot wait to dive back in to this reimagining of history with added magic.
