What I’m Currently Reading

Susan and I are currently buddy reading this & I have to say I’m loving it so far! I had high expectations after reading the pre-novellas earlier this year, but it is meeting every single one. I love Fatma as a character, and the world the author creates is incredibly well built.

What I’ve Just Finished Reading

I loved Incendiary when I read it last year, and while I did enjoy Illusionary, I didn’t love it. The first book set quite a slow pace, whereas this one seemed to fly by. I definitely enjoyed it as a whole, I still love my faves Ren and Leo, and Cordova’s world building is definitely epic.

What I’m Going to Read Next

Susan and I will be starting our third buddy read of the month with Spells Trouble. I’ve read some mixed reviews for this one so far, and it’s my first book by the authors, but the premise definitely sounds like something I would enjoy, so I have high hopes.
