It’s nearly Christmas! Ok so we still might have a few weeks yet, but this is the perfect time to get on with your Christmas shopping. Whether you need items to add to your wishlist or need ideas for friends the below is a list of some of my favourite UK based bookish shops. I have tried and tested items from most of these shops and can say without a doubt that the items are beautiful and incredibly well made. Whether you’re looking for bookmarks, pins, candles or books with unique sprayed edges, you will be hard pressed to resist pressing that ‘purchase’ button when you check them out.

Miss Bohemia

The items from this shop are so beautiful. I got myself one of the canvas organiser and it looks absolutely amazing on my chest of drawers. I’ve also asked for the ‘Book Witch’ cushion for Christmas cause its SO sparkly!

Tsundoku Chronicles

This is the perfect shop to visit if you’re a lover of bookmarks and beautiful sprayed edges. There are also custom spots available if there is a specific book you want painting. I have so many bookmarks from this shop, they are all stunningly designed and really high quality.

Nutmeg and Arlo

I love this shop so much! It’s not all bookish but the items are just gorgeous. Filled to the brim with pins, washi tape, stickers, phone cases, Keyrings and so much more there is something for everybody. I’ve had a few pins and some washi tape from this shop and the quality is amazing.

Stacey McEvoy Caunt

Again, this shop doesn’t sell purely bookish items but I couldn’t resist adding it in. The Alethiometer pin is sooo beautiful and as well as the above the shop is stocked full of tote bags, keyrings, necklaces and much more.

Paper Flames Candle Co

Candles! I am such a sucker for a bookish candle and these one’s are just beautiful and they smell amazing. They have a range of different fandoms as well as special edition boxes that look amazing.

Literary Emporium

This is one of my all time favourite bookish shops, not only because the items are SO BEAUTIFUL but also really well made. I have around 3 tops and 3-4 pins from here, and I have more on my wishlist for this year. They have some really strong feminist themed quotes and I just can’t get enough.

Ruthless Heroines

The items in this shop look amazing, and though I haven’t bough anything from here yet you can be sure I have some items added to my Christmas list. They have an awesome range of bookish candles as well as items based around musical’s and iconic films!

Bookity

If you’re looking for something a little different, unique, then this is the shop! They do some stunning bookish themed jewellery as well as some gorgeous hanging decorations and even book themed cuff links!

Bookishly

This shop has such a wide range of items there is sure to be something to satisfy every book lover! I’m dying to get my hands on the Pemberley candle as well as a few of their jumpers with book quotes on them.

Bookworm Candles & Crafts

I have so many items from this shop on my Christmas list, not only because their magnetic bookmarks are just too darn cute! The range of bookish items is brilliant and there are loads of fandoms to choose from.

Jessica Jade Designs

If your thing is beautifully designed quote bookmarks, well then look no further. There is a brilliant range of fandoms included as well as stickers and even bookish planners!
