What I’m Currently Reading
These are both buddy reads and pretty much the only reason I can read them both at the same time is that they are completely different genres! I loved There Will Come a Darkness and the sequel is definitely living up to the hype so far. Susan has also rangled me into reading another thriller with her… and i’m definitely intrigued so far.
What I’ve Just Finished Reading
I enjoyed this! I was fun and very fast paced but I found the ending a little meh and the stakes were a little low for me. It is my first YA mystery/thriller and I will definitely be picking up more in the genre.
What I’m Going to Read Next
ANOTHER Buddy Read! I honestly think Buddy reading with Susan is all my TBR consists of atm. I just love this cover and have read some rave reviews for Fable so I’m excited to get started.

Well… I’m currently 50% in and not convinced I’m going to carry on 🤦♀️. I hate DNF’ing but I don’t think it’s going to be for me.

Inheritance Games was such a fun read! Hope you enjoy Fable. It wasn’t quite what I expected to be but I still thought it was very good. Happy reading!

Ah, I was just thinking that I might pick up Fable today. I started a bit of it before (literally got through 5%) but thanks to my moody moods I put it aside for another read. But I think I’m feeling fantasy again and I’m so keen to read it. I hope both of you enjoy it 😀 I’ve heard (mostly) great things!

Same! I have read another book by the author and wasn’t a huge fan, but Fable sounds more up my street so I’m keeping my fingers crossed 😊
