What I’m currently reading
I’m actually reading two books at the minute! I’m buddy reading A Wicked Magic with Susan and boy am I enjoying it more than I expected too. It’s so much darker than I expected and the characters are all a little twisted. Seven Devils is so much fun, I’m only around 40% through atm but I am LOVING all the different characters. Filled with kick ass and tortured female characters and wondrously queer.
What I’ve just finished reading
I recently finished this and though it’s completely out of my comfort zone genre wise I thoroughly enjoyed it. Its a fun, modern retelling of beauty and the beast. Filled with a enemies to lover romance, nerdy easter eggs and a cute dog called Sansa! What more do you want? What I’m going to read next
These are my next buddy reads with Susan. The wait for Court of Lions has been that long that we both need a bit of a refresh so we are going to re-read Mirage first. I remember loving Mirage when I first read it and have high hopes for the sequel.
