Happy weekend! The book I’m choosing to highlight this week is from a new favourite author of mine. I read one of her books last year and instantly fell in love. Since then I have done my best to get my hands on as many of her back titles as possible & this is one I am dying to read.

Hector was like a castaway who had washed up on a room of velvet curtains and marble floors. The revelers might as well have been wild animals ready to tear off a chunk of his flesh. He was utterly lost, alien and alone.

I love this authors atmospheric writing style and am eager to dig into this book. Ready to find out what it is?
