What I’m currently reading
This book is definitely a heavier read than most I’ve picked up recently but i’m really enjoying it. It also helps that I’m reading it as part of a buddy read with Susan, and we have lots of theories so far! Set in a historical period, with ‘real’ characters except there is magic! I’m really excited to see where this one will go.
What I’ve just finished reading
I don’t think Adhieh has let me down yet! I never fail to fall in love with all her books and characters, even if she does try to kill me with some of her endings. My review for this will be live next week, but I think it’s safe to say I loved it.
What I’m planning on reading next
I’ve read some rave reviews for this one and honestly ‘Queer Cinderella brings down the patriarchy’ do you need any more to make you pick this one up?

All three books sound fantastic! I have yet to read Adhieh’s The Wrath and the Dawn duology but I hear loads of great reviews on all her books so I’m really excited. Also, the cover for Cinderella is Dead is absolutely stunning. It’s enough to make me wanna add it on my Goodreads but “Queer Cinderella brings down the patriarchy”? SIGN ME UP! 😀

The Wrath and the Dawn duology is amazing, so you should definitely pick it up! And yes Cinderella both sounds and looks like it’s going to be sooo good, I have high hopes 😊

Hah I’ve still not read The Unlikely Escape of Uriah Heap yet, but if it’s anything like this one I will definitely be picking it up 😊

I’m getting a copy of A Declaration of the Rights of Magicians with my book subscription so I’m glad you are enjoying it so far! I thought it sounded interesting but I did worry that it might be a little too heavy for my tastes. And no I do not need any more to immediately go and pick of Cinderella is Dead! It sounds awesome 🙂

Is it Goldsboro? I’m getting that one & im so excited for it. It’s definitely not a light read, but the more I get into it the faster I’m getting through. Haha, I’m glad about Cinderella is Dead, I’ve definitely got high hopes for it 😊
