WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam over on Taking on a World of Words.
The idea is pretty simple, every week you dedicate a post to the three Wโs:
What are you currently reading?
What have you just finished reading?
What are you going to read next?
Hello! How are you all on this slightly wet and windy Wednesday? This month, and possibly the nest few, I have decided to dedicate to mainly getting through my Netgalley backlog. I have some amazing upcoming and backlist titles on there and I really need to bring my % up. I’m also going to try and knock at least one book off my regular TBR each month. Fingers crossed this time it sticks because I am usually terrible at sticking to TBR’s. What are you reading atm? Let me know in the comments.
What are you currently reading?

I’ve literally just read the prologue but i’m already hooked! The premise of this really grabbed me when I first read it and, even though I’ve missed the UK release date, I’m hoping to get my review up soon.
What have you just finished reading?

This was described as the Martian meets Handmaids Tale and it pretty much nails it. This is definitely not a light read, we get quite a lot of science talk and the author delves quite deep into the human psyche and the idea of who has the right to make decisions when the whole of humanity is on the line. It was brilliantly written and my full review should be live tomorrow.
What are you going to read next?

I was so happy when I got accepted onto the FFBC blog tour for this one. Any book about witches and you can count me in but add in that this also blends in Celtic mythology and I am beyond excited to start it!

My NetGalley % is not all that great right now either; I probably should try and dedicate a month or two for catching up on my NetGalley reads, but there’s just so many other books that I want to read too. It’s a problem.
Happy Reading!

Haha I so feel you there! Iโve put it off and put it off but I got accepted for quite a few April/May reads so Iโm hoping to at least get through those ๐

I’ll just go ahead and out my NG shame…I think I’m currently at a 63%, which is just awful. And I know that I could get that number up if I just stopped requesting upcoming releases and focused on what I already have downloaded.
I think I just need like a two week reading vacation. That would be lovely. Just two weeks of relaxing and reading all the books. I could probably read enough to get up to 80% then, haha.

I’m another one that has a terrible netgalley % – I can’t seem to stay over 50%. I hope Sisters grim continues to be good as I am planning on starting it very soon.
