WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam over on Taking on a World of Words.
The idea is pretty simple, every week you dedicate a post to the three W’s:
What are you currently reading?
What have you just finished reading?
What are you going to read next?
Last week was sooo good! We got a cast announcement for Shadow and Bone …Ben Barnes *swoon*, a producer announcement for ADSOM AND Aurora Rising, I went to watch the Downton Abbey movie which was amazing and I managed to read 3 books! I mean what more could you want out of a week? Did you find this news as exciting as I did? Did you get up to anything interesting last week? Let me know in the comments.
What are you currently reading?

I received a copy of this off the author for review and I’m so happy to be able to dig in to this story. Based around Inuit mythology and folklore, you all know I’m a sucker for delving into new cultures so this was an easy yes. I’m a couple of chapters in and I’m loving the authors descriptive writing and cant wait to get stuck in to this book.
What have you just finished reading?

I love a good Jill Mansell book and this one ticks all the boxes. Fantastic slow burn romance, heart wrenching in parts and hilariously witty in others. I’ve been meaning to pick this up since March, so I’m glad I was finally able to make time for it. These books are such easy and fun reads, a perfect little rom-com in book format.
What are you going to read next?

It’s time! I’ll be mostly caught up on my ARC backlog, but I need to pick this one up before I read any spoilers. I’m both excited and sad to start this one. I cant wait to find out how Jay thinks Mia ending should come about, but I also don’t want one of my favourite series to be over.
What are you all reading on this slightly windy & wet Wednesday? Let me know in the comments.

Oh I hope you’re liking Rivers of London. It’s such a fun series. I’ve just started Darkdawn now which might have been a bad idea seeing as how I have to go to bed in an hour 🤦♀️😂

I enjoyed it, but it is not a new favourite, but I will definitely continue with the next one!
That probably will not be an hour haha!

I love finding fairy tales. Have you read The Girl Who Speaks Bear?

I’m totally the same! And no I haven’t read that one yet but I’ll definitely check it out 😊. Below isn’t out until next year, but I would definitely add it to your TBR if you like folklore/mythology reads!

I see so much of the never night series I just dont understand how Illuminae won?

Same! But I suppose they are hugely different stories, and as much as I love Nevernight I’m excited to start Illuminae when I finally get round to it.
