Hi guys! I recently got in touch with Vicky over at Vicky Who Reads and asked her to create some new designs for my blog. I was looking for a new blog header, logo and sign off graphic, though I had little to no idea of what design I was looking for. Vicky was amazing at every turn, asking me multiple questions about the design I had in mind, and showing me the designs through multiple stages to ensure I was happy with the outcome.

I am sooo happy with how everything turned out, I just had to do a blog post to show it all off! First off is my blog logo, which I also used as my new twitter profile pic!

I love love love this! Vicky used multiple pictures of me for reference, mainly because I am useless at describing myself. She picked one of my favourites to base this off and I just cant get over how well this turned out. (also my favourite colour is green, and we didn’t even discuss that so I think she might be a little psychic!)

Next up is my blog header! I really had little idea going into this how I wanted it to turn out, but through talking to Vicky I decided I would like something slightly LOTR based and she did not let me down. I love my little Hobbit holes, and the spring time theme she gave it just adds to the magic. She showed me multiple stages of this design and I couldn’t be any happier with how it turned out.

Finally my sign off graphic! I gave Vicky literally nothing to work on with this, I just asked that it be something simple. Again I’m super happy with how it turned out, and cant wait to start adding it to the end of all my future blog posts.

If you’re anything like me, woefully un-artistic, then I would highly recommend Vicky if you are looking at any work for your blog. Though this is my first time doing anything like this, I found Vicky to be extremely reasonably priced for what I’m sure were multiple hours spent working on all of these amazing designs. So again, a massive thank you to Vicky, and I hope you all love all the lovely new designs she has created for me!
