WWW Wednesday

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam over on Taking on a World of Words.

The idea is pretty simple, every week you dedicate a post to the three W’s:

What are you currently reading?

What have you just finished reading?

What are you going to read next?

Ok so my great plan of ARC April, and trying to get through my massive backlog has failed already! I got sucked into a massive Fan Fiction spiral (Mainly Jaime X Brienne, I just love them) and just cannot get myself out of it. That being said, I managed to get my hands on Aurora Rising, which is one of my most anticipated reads of the year. I’m really hoping this will get me out of my slump and back into reading again.

What are you currently reading?

I have been waiting, not so patiently, for this book and thanks to a lovely person on twitter have managed to snag an early copy. This book just sounds so good, and, although I’ll admit to not having read the Illuminae series yet, I love Jay Kristoffs other works so have high hopes for this one.

What have you just finished reading?

I finished this a few weeks ago, and my review went live last week. ( You can find it here), but let me just say that it was one of the best debuts I’ve read in a long while. A totally fresh magic system, and a hero you cant help but love.

What are you going to read next?

This totally depends on whether Aurora Rising manages to get me out of my reading slump, so keep your fingers crossed. I’ve heard good things about this book so far, and it is an ARC I need to tick off my list. Have you read this yet? Let me know what you thought.
