What are you currently reading?
I’m currently trying to finish off Senlin Ascends for my beating the backlist challenge. I’m finding this to be a really intriguing read. Senlin is a completely different character from what I tend to find in Fantasy, but I cant seem to put the book down. Even though I’ve not finished it I would still highly recommend you give it a go!
What have you just finished reading?
I’ve Just finished reading The Girl King and I loved it! It was such an interesting and fresh take on a popular trope. The characters were thoroughly interesting, and I blitzed through this book over the weekend. If you keep an eye out over the next few days my full review will be up.
What are you going to read next?
I’m currently running a poll over on my twitter @beckyc_89, where you can vote to choose one of the books I will be reading next month for my beating the backlist challenge. But as well as that I’m planning on reading Markswoman, this has been on my shelf for far too long, and I have just been approved for an ARC of the sequel. This will definitely need bumping up my TBR!

Not gonna lie… it was the cover that drew me too it first and then the premise just sounded really interesting! Can’t wait to start it 😊

I thought I replied but it didn’t seem to go through. I am really glad you liked the Girl King! I am dying to read it! I have a copy but until I dig out of my ARC hole from my hiatus it has to wait!

You should definitely read it! I’d heard loads of good things about it and it really lived up to the hype.
