Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

I picked this up after watching the movie and it is so much better! I loved the whole series, including her follow up Bloodlines. Rose is such a fun character, witty and sarcastic, and her relationship with Dimitri is awesome. If you’re looking for a fun read with great character this is for you.

Vortex Visions by Elise Kova

I adore Kova’s Air Awakens series, so when I found out she was writing a new series set in the same universe I knew I had to pick it up. This book did not disappoint, set around Vhalla and Aldricks daughter, and includes my favourite of all the Golden Guard Jax, I cant wait for the next book to be released.
